Microsoft is stepping forward towards official launch of Office 2010 RTM and closing down Office 2010 Technical Beta on April 30th, 2010, which means Microsoft will no longer offer Office 2010 Beta.

Microsoft has started sending emails to early adopters and beta testers and informing them that the program will close at the end of this month.

An excerpt of email message-

Thank you for participating in the Technical Beta program for Microsoft Office 2010. Your feedback and suggestions have helped make this our best release of Office and SharePoint! As we approach the end of this beta, we want to let you know that our Office 2010 Technical Beta program on Connect will close on Friday, April 30th. After this date, you will no longer be able to access the Technical Beta program.

However Microsoft is also planning to sign-off Office 2010 and SharePoint 2010 by the end of April as well. MSDN and TechNet subscribers can expect early access of final version of product with the official business launch.
