Its simple and straight way that has been found to enable or disable Feeds (such as RSS or Atom)

It turns off or on feeds in various apps such as Internet Explorer by just simply execution of following commands in Command Prompt.

Enable Feeds

msfeedssync enable

Disable Feeds

msfeedssync disable
