Good news for enthusiast Windows Phone developers! ChevronWP7 team (Rafael Rivera, Chris Walsh and Long Zheng) have signed off the final release ChevronWP7 and now it is available for just $9 USD per phone.

ChevronWP7, an inexpensive Windows Phone developer unlocking service, allowing developers to install, run, and debug unsigned WP Apps on their personal Windows Phone.
