1. Go to Control Panel > Administrative Tools and run Services

2. Stop following services:

• Security Center
• Windows Management Instrumentation

3. Remove the folder X:\Windows\System32\wbem\Repository and Reboot your PC.

Where X: is your Windows Drive.
