Microsoft is closing Office 2010 Technical Preview program and going to release the Office 2010 Beta that will be available for you to download next month (November 2009).

The Beta release of Office 2010 marks the end of the Technical Preview program you currently belong to. The Beta will be public and can be downloaded from Microsoft Download Center site

The newer build of Office 2010 client software will introduce the changes in BackStage View and revamped features Office 2010 TP and will also get first look at the exciting new features added to server products such as SharePoint.
