I tried to install Windows Server 2003 using the above process on my Dell Studio laptop. I already have Win XP on another partition and wanted to make my system dual boot with Win XP and Win Server 2003. All files were successfully copied to usb and I was able to boot from usb.

The setup of 2003 started fine but it could not locate any of my hard drive partitions. Instead, the only drive it could recognize was my usb drive.
It is just giving me the option of installing Win Server 2003 on my usb drive !!

I've already spent two days on this but could not find any solution.:-((
Any one who can help me on this?

Thanks in advance.

@ Dimitris, I'd like to know too, I tried it with this method, and the pen drive would boot, but only into the grub terminal. It would be awesome to get this working for 2k (particularly for my eee pc and a few other devices.
